Workgrid uses various AI techniques and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to compare possible answers found in the search API to the user's query to provide the best result. 

Unlike system search results that typically respond to search queries with a file or link to a resource, Workgrid's knowledge app understands the user's intent and surfaces answers directly with natural language, while also providing a link to the source(s) of the response.  When appropriate, we take content from multiple sources in the search API to create one cohesive answer. 

Improve knowledge discovery

The ServiceNow Knowledge app allows Workgrid to surface ServiceNow articles as sources of information. Workgrid’s AI capabilities allow the Assistant to quickly comb through knowledge articles finding the most relevant answers based on the user’s intent. Responses are delivered in a summarized and concise manner – getting employees the information they need quicker.
