The app sends a notification with sentiment analysis (positive/negative/mixed/neutral) of its comments a day after a blog article, forum topic, or wiki article is posted.

Integration Details

The Igloo Intranet Sentiment app leverages integrations with AWS Comprehend and Igloo API to send sentiment analysis of wiki articles, forum topics, and blog articles.

This app template may be customized for alternate integrations using Workgrid's no-code builder.

The Intranet Sentiment app was designed with the Igloo and AWS Comprehend APIs and includes the following endpoints. For the best user experience, please ensure that your data source include these fields or modify the feature templates to make them work for your organization:
