The Workgrid AI Assistant is now available as a browser extension, expanding the reach of Workgrid’s content and AI capabilities to wherever employees are across the internet. The browser extension joins the AI Assistant’s existing channels including the web client, intranet toolbar, and Microsoft Teams.

Features of the AI Assistant, including integrations to popular business systems, intelligent nudges and notifications, and enterprise-grade conversational AI, are available within the browser experience. Workgrid’s persistent briefing experience provides an at-a-glance view of the most recent tasks and notifications for employees to easily keep track of what hasn’t been addressed yet. Employees can leverage the platforms advanced natural language processing and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) to find information and perform tasks from across the internet by simply engaging with the Assistant via their browser.

Compatible with all Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, etc.) and Mozilla, bringing the extension to the digital workplace is easy. Employees can install the browser from the Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-Ons; or browser admins can push the extension across the organization for easy adoption.

Workgrid’s conversational experiences are customizable using the platform’s no-code editor which allows users to configure experiences and automation within a drag-and-drop interface. Workgrid boasts an app catalog that includes over 50 app templates ready to install out-of-the-box including a range of data sources from major software providers including Azure, AWS, and ServiceNow.
