Workgrid November 2021 Product Updates

Our product update is brief this month, but that’s only because there are big things in the works. Stay tuned!

Our new Workgrid-hosted image library allows users to upload and save images for Survey and Publisher notifications.

Survey notifications can now have summary images inserted from this library while Publisher notifications can have both summary and detail card images added. We love that this functionality makes it easy for organizations to create a library of approved images and graphics, including icons and logos, helping ensure every communication is on brand!

The image library is accessible during notification creation on the content step. Users can easily upload an image to the library, choose an image that’s already been uploaded, or continue linking out to an image URL.
