Content Genie

Use AI to help employees generate creative and engaging content quickly and efficiently.

Simply provide a brief outline, select your tone, and Content Genie will leverage generative AI to draft your desired content, from blogs and emails to speaker notes and team icebreaker content.

Content Moderation

Help prevent offensive content from making its way to employees by sending an alert to administrators when a content violation, such as profanity, is detected in user-posted content on an Igloo Intranet. 

This app leverages your existing AI services and includes three notification features - blog moderation, forum moderation, and wiki moderation. If Igloo is not your intranet provider, the template can be updated with a different data source using Workgrid's no-code app builder.

PII Analysis

Scan blogs, forums, and wikis for personally identifiable information (PII) with the help of the PII Analysis app. This app helps protect employees' sensitive data by sending a notification to administrators when PII is detected in Igloo intranet content.

If Igloo is not your intranet provider, the template can be updated with a different data source using Workgrid's no-code app builder.

Translation Reference

This app provides builders with an example of how to add a "translate" node to practically any app, enabling them to automatically translate content between two languages. The Translation Reference app uses either AWS or Azure translation services.

Submit and Approve Timesheets

The latest timesheet app is now available for UKG Ready. The Submit and Approve Timesheets app enables employees to enter, edit, and submit their timesheet hours right from within Workgrid; and it sends an approval request to managers, allowing them to approve or reject the timesheet from within the notification.
