Workgrid December 2022 Product Updates

It's hard to believe this year has nearly come to an end. Looking back, it's safe to say 2022 was the year of the app for us here at Workgrid. Over the last year we've introduced several apps including:

While many wait for the new year to kickstart their resolutions, we believe there is no time like the present! This month we've got 5 new apps to share with you, all designed to help improve the work day right now. 

Itinerary Reminders

Help employees prepare for upcoming travel with the Itinerary Reminders app. Integrate with travel and expense systems like Concur and deliver smart notifications that remind employees of upcoming events without ever logging into the source system. 

Training Reminders

Help your team continue to work toward their goals. With automated training reminders from learning management systems like Cornerstone, employees are notified of new course registrations, upcoming trainings, and course completions. 

Onboarding Notifications

Help support a positive digital employee experience from day one. With integrations to HR systems such as Oracle HCM, users can send customized onboarding notifications when an employee joins the company. 

Paycheck Summary

With the new Paycheck Summary app, employees receive a notification each pay period with a summary of their paycheck, proactively alerting them to information they care about, directly from Paychex, UKG Pro, and UKG Ready pay systems. 

Time Off Notifications

Workgrid's integrations with Paychex, UKG Pro, and UKG Ready make it even easier to ensure employees are making the most out of their time off. With the Time Off Summary app, employees receive notifications about time off balances, abstracted directly from the source system.

These newly released apps are out-of-the-box apps that customers can install instantly for specific source systems. Workgrid also has pre-built connectors to more than 100 systems that apps can be built against. Use cases are dependent on each system.

Workgrid's Workshop makes building new apps easy with a no-code app building platform. A visual drag-and-drop interface allows users to dramatically reduce the time and effort required to build new apps.
