Workgrid April 2023 Product Updates

This month we're excited to announce three new app templates coming to Workgrid! As we look forward, our product roadmap is full of exciting new things including more templates, new Microapps, and an updated Microsoft Teams experience. Here's the latest on our newest app templates:

Salesforce CRM Assignments

Integrated with Salesforce, the CRM Assignments app helps keep sellers and customer account reps informed of changes to customer relationship management records. App users will be able to install any of the three features including account assignment, opportunity assignment, and case assignment notifications.

Translate and Approve Notifications

We're adding a new data source to the Translate and Approve Notifications app! Previously this app was only available using AWS Translate. With the latest updates, users can use an Azure Translate integration to automatically translate a simple notification.

Intranet Sentiment, Now with Azure

Glean powerful insights about what employees say, think, and feel, utilizing Azure Language Services. This app helps content authors understand how their intranet content is being received by readers, sending a notification with a sentiment analysis (positive/negative/mixed/neutral) of its comments a day after it is posted.
