FAQs

How does Workgrid protect my data?

Workgrid is committed to protecting customer data. Workgrid AI models are not trained on customer data. Conversations and user interactions are anonymized upon processing and reporting. All PII is obfuscated on Workgrid's side.

How is the Workgrid AI Assistant trained?

Workgrid leverages enterprise-grade pretrained models from Azure and AWS third-party AI services. Open AI and AWS do not disclose their proprietary model training activities. In addition, customers can bring their own LLM (BYOLLM), which enables customers to bring their own trusted LLM services that maintain their AI governance frameworks while preserving their data control and privacy.

Does Workgrid block harmful content?

Generative AI models used by Workgrid are configured with content filtering models that have been trained and tested to detect specific categories of potentially harmful content in both input and output.

How does Workgrid ensure ongoing compliance with emerging regulations?

By leveraging Azure OpenAI GPT models in our core conversational engine, we confidently inherit compliance from one of the leading AI Model providers.

How can customers control what data Workgrid has access to?

Customers have control over what systems they connect to Workgrid. For documents, customers have sole control over which documents the AI Assistant can index. For third-party systems, Workgrid uses API calls to retrieve specific data from the system and follows system permissions.
